We have been cautioning our technicians and project managers to approach job sites slowly, as well as prepared. Sometimes, there can be challenges such as heavy rain, wind, fallen trees, mudslides, or landslides. We take extra time to get to locations because of these potential issues.

Flood Damage in San Mateo and Burlingame

Due to the structure of San Mateo, there are potential areas that can be flooded. Some homes reside on hills, and the city has had many mold and water damage issues due to the humidity.  We are prepared for anything, but safety of our technicians and the homeowners is our #1 concern. If we need to take extra time to complete work or get to the site, we exercise that caution.
