Flooded Basement in San Mateo, CA

This Basement flood was caused by a Water Heater Leakage, the entire basement was flooded and caused a massive water damage. Water needed to be pumped out to the street storm drains. Containment of the entire basement needed to be assembled for proper drying, walls needed to be cut out about 6ft high and drying equipment set up. The homeowner was very happy that our highly trained crew completed the process within 5 days. She was not expecting SERVPRO of San Mateo to have finished with the drying, total loss inventory and the remediation so quickly.
