San Mateo Appliance Water Damage

In this San Mateo Home This resident Experienced a Dish Washer leakage Upon the inspection Our Highly Experienced team we have sectioned kitchen exterior drywall for plumbers  to cancel the source water line leakage by capping of the line located behind the dishwasher. The rooms that were impacted with water damage were kitchen & dining room. In the kitchen cabinets are heavily swollen, due to the box is particle board with a laminated. It was highly recommend to remove the cabinets boxes affected & disposed of. Drywall exterior wall had  drilled 1" holes to inspect for any potential wet insulation, if found we will section exterior wall 2' high to pull the wet insulation, in this case it wasn't needed. Also removed the laminate floors & vapor barrier In the Kitchen.
