San Mateo CAT. 3 Water Damage

In this San Mateo Home Lives an engaged couple soon to be married, as for your every couple and wedding plannings Couples tend to stress for perfection on the most important days of their lives. For this couple came a long a CAT. 3 Water Damage, a sewage back up into bathroom toilet & bathtub. Found standing sewage water in bathroom, bedroom, closet & garage. Drywall walls had to be sectioned 2' high from bottom up, ceramic tile floor came out. As ceramic tile came out we discovered Wet Rot from previous Water Loss. It wasn't such great news for the couple but it was a problem that was discovered and fixed before worst damages. 

This was a process and an inconvenience but at the end they were extremely happy with the results. Usually damage to your home becomes an unplanned remodel.
