Water Damage - Toilet Overflowed Water

This water damage home in San Mateo, CA was caused by a toilet overflow on the second floor as the Homeowners were out and didn’t realize damage until a week later. In the Before picture you can see how much damage this water loss has done to the home. It was very important to start drying process immediately due to the time and amount of damage standing water can do. In the after picture it shows sectioned drywall cut 2’ ft high; wet insulation was removed.  Laminate flooring and Vapor barrier were removed as well.
