In these pictures you see a building in process of construction until the weather decide to get a bit rainy. As for the building Construction workers were working on the 7th floor, which didn't have a roof completely done. The rain came down and saturated to the First floor, due to the building not having any widows or doors in place construction management assumed the building will air dry. Due to the time of water sitting on the ground and the hesitation on calling a professional to take care of the water damage, there was microbial growth on 4 floors.
