Water Damage Ceiling Remediation
The ceiling water damage to this basement was caused by the clean toilet water supply line. The bathroom was located right above the basement. Water supply line ruptured and caused for the entire basement ceiling to get affected. Due to the damages of this loss there was also some furniture affected that needed to be categorized as total loss, which means that unfortunately the customers contents could not be restored. Thankfully the client’s insurance was able to cover the clients damaged contents and furniture. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and she was thrilled with the results.
